How soon can a toilet be delivered?

We aim to deliver the next working day and can occasionally deliver the same day. Get in touch and we'll do our best.

What time will my toilet be delivered?

We always aim to deliver as soon as possible. We can't guarantee time slots but our driver is happy to call you when on route if requested.

How often is the toilet serviced?

We service different postcodes throughout the week and guarantee all toilets are serviced weekly. We endeavour to keep route days consistent.

What could prevent a service visit?

If the toilet has been moved beyond our 8m hose reach, the site is padlocked without access provided, there are obstructions, or waterlogged ground conditions.

How much notice is needed to end hire?

No notice period required — simply email [email protected] and your toilet will be off-hired on the next working day.

Will the toilet fit through a garden gate?

No — our units are larger than a standard garden gate (1.2m x 1.2m). We strongly advise measuring access points before booking to avoid an abortive charge.
